Cause:
This error occur in windows OS due to failure of incident sweeps by MMON process

LPX-00216: invalid character 0 (0x0)
Action:
- Take a backup of the diag folder as per init parameter DIAGNOSTIC_DEST
- Remove the ‘diag’ directory
- –> cd /apps01/base
- –> rm -rf diag
- There is no impact due to removal of ADR as this repository will be automatically created again
