[INS-40109] The specified Oracle Base location is not empty on this server.
Cause:
If there is already installed oracle base location, then you would have forgotten to remove the old debris
Workaround:
Housekeep the old folder or specify new oracle base location
[root@dc01x01 ~]# cd /apps01/oracle_base/
[root@dc01x01 oracle_base]# ls
crsdata diag tfa
[root@dc01x01 oracle_base]# rm -rf *
